My Healthy Mashed Potatoes

When I was overweight…I used to make mashed potatoes with a STICK of butter in them! After I joined Weight Watchers, I needed a healthier version…SO this is what me and my mom came up with!

4 cups peeled, cubed potatoes, cooked
Mash with 2 TBSP parmesan cheese, 1 TBSP margarine, 1/2 cup fat free or skim milk, salt and pepper to taste!

1 cup = 3 Weight Watcher points+

Seriously, try them! I haven’t made the old version with a stick of butter in 7 years!!! Enjoy!!
